Frequency of Sessions

The frequency of therapy sessions is flexible and can be tailored to your individual needs and
circumstances. Some clients prefer more frequent sessions during particularly challenging periods and choose to reduce the frequency as they begin to experience progress, while others may prefer a more gradual approach.

Several factors may influence how often you choose to schedule sessions, including your current goals and challenges, whether you are experiencing a period of heightened distress or crisis, your schedule and availability, as well as practical considerations such as insurance coverage or personal budgeting if you are paying out of pocket. If you plan to use insurance benefits, it is recommended that you confirm whether your plan covers services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist. Session frequency is something we can discuss together and adjust at any point throughout the therapeutic process to ensure it continues to meet your needs.
